Nguyet buys SE 28.25: Eight analysts have rated the stock with a hold rating and seven have given a buy rating to the stock.

Finally, TheStreet downgraded shares of Spectra Energy Corp. from a buy rating to a hold rating in a report on Friday, July 24th. Argus reaffirmed a buy rating and set a $31.04 target price (down previously from $40.00) on shares of Spectra Energy Corp. in a report on Thursday, July 9th. Barclays lowered their price objective on shares of Spectra Energy Corp. from $38.00 to $34.00 and set an equal weight rating on the stock in a research note on Monday, August 24th. The brokerage issued an outperform rating and a $31.00 target price on the stock. Out of 19 analysts covering the stock, 14 analysts advocate a Buy, while five analysts recommend a Hold.
