Estell holds OLLI 16.17: Store-level cash-on-cash return has been computed by dividing four-wall store EBITDA by store net cash investments.

This would translate to first-year four-wall EBITDA of ca.USD550,000 and an EBITDA margin of ca. 15%, putting in the top percentile performance. Management targets for new store sales of USD3.7 million and cash-on-cash return of ca. 55% in the first 12 months of operations and payback of ca. two years that includes a USD1.0 million. Despite variability in terms of store locations and demographics, OLLI's stores have been profitable on a consistent basis over the years, across economic cycles. The company adopts a highly portable flexible real estate model targeting store sizes in the range of 25,000 to 35,000 square feet. His is supported by five senior merchants who have more than 104 years of experience in aggregate, of which 87 combined years were at Ollie's.
