Luana sells ARWR 5.8: This dramatic spike in Arrowhead's share price was triggered by a positive clinical update from the company for its experimental hepatitis B treatment, ARC-520, that is currently being studied in an ongoing mid-stage trial.

Gilead's first human data on its drug is expected by year-end. It's bumped along below 10 ever since. We are optimistic that this will ultimately translate into powerful clinical outcomes for ARC-520 and follow-on candidates against multiple indications. We have achieved the highest knockdown ever reported in humans with RNAi and a safety profile that continues to be excellent. The company is leveraging its proprietary Dynamic Polyconjugate delivery platform to develop targeted drugs based on the RNA interference mechanism that efficiently silences disease-causing genes.
