The Business has approximately 225,000 net acres in the Uinta Basin. Roughly 43% of its proved reserves are in the Rocky Mountains area. The assets of the Firm contain more than 400,000 net acres in the Anadarko and Arkoma basins. Around 46% of the proved reserves of the Company are situated in Mid-Continent area.
