Brokerages have set a 12-month consensus price target of $64.50 for the company and are forecasting that the company will post $3.21 earnings per share for the current quarter, according to Zacks. Stockholders of record on Wednesday, October 28th will be paid a $0.983 dividend. On average, equities analysts anticipate that Cal-Maine Foods will post $11.69 EPS for the current year. During the same period in the prior year, the company earned $0.57 EPS. Four investment analysts have rated the stock with a buy rating and two have issued a strong buy rating to the stock.
